I bet you didn’t even know I was pregnant! Well, the truth is, I was expecting a book baby. But truthfully, it’s really a “born again” book baby. It’s called Partly Cloudy with Scattered Worries.
The first time it came out in May, 2005, with Bethany House Publishers. I don’t always understand the Lord’s ways–because right then is when the Lord called Larry and I to a sabbatical from all ministry–as a heart transforming time. As a result, I did follow through on what Bethany House arranged for publicity, but I couldn’t do anything myself. And I was tempted to worry!!!!! I had to put my book’s principles into effect and trust God that He knew what He was doing. Unfortunately, the book went out of print quickly.
Remember I don’t always understand the Lord’s ways? God has worked again! It has been re-born, or, er, actually re-published. So now I’m so glad it’s available again through Lighthouse Publishing of the Carolinas. The only difference is a four page Foreword by best-selling writer and speaker Pam Farrel that is worth the price of the book itself. I read her words and was inspired to trust God more than ever—and not worry!
On Facebook today/November 1st and Saturday, November 2nd, I’m having a Launch Party with prizes like a Kindle Fire HD. I hope you’ll check it out. My FB name is Kathy Collard Miller.
You can order the book on Amazon at:
Here’s some of Pam Farrel’s Foreword:
If you’re ready for a life-changing, life-saving adventure; if you’re looking for precious pearls of wisdom to add value to your life; if you’re in need of a friend in the middle of the unpredictable climate change of your life’s journey, then turn the page and trust the guide. She will connect you to the Savior who will bring you safely to shore—no matter the weather.
