From Kathy
“But for you who fear my name, the sun of righteousness shall rise with healing in its wings. You shall go out leaping like calves from the stall.” Malachi 4:2
Malachi 4:2 describes the joy of seeing God’s work in our lives, whether by trusting Him more, exhibiting more of the fruit of the Spirit, or sharing God’s good news more freely. We all can be set free from wrong reactions to romp in joyful freedom like calves set free from the stall.
For that to happen we must recognize when we are returning to spiritual cisterns of lies and wrong beliefs. Jeremiah 2:13 tells us,
“For My people have committed two evils: They have forsaken Me, The fountain of living waters, To hew for themselves cisterns, Broken cisterns That can hold no water.”
My passion is to share with others through my books and speaking how to be empowered to turn from the broken cisterns of lies and wrong beliefs.
Heart transformation from the inside out is possible.
Thank you for visiting my website and blog. I hope it will create greater thirst for God’s refreshing and soul-hydrating flowing spring within you.

MRI results about sciatic pain
Thank you for your prayers and concern. Although the Lord hasn't chosen to heal me outright, I am grateful to know the cause of my 11 weeks of sciatic pain. I have a bulging disc. I actually have 2, one to the right and one to the left. The left one isn't currently...
Emotional Pain and Physical Pain…and Stretching
Being in physical pain has made me think about the difference between emotional pain and physical pain and how spirituality works in each. These are musings that are still being formulated so I'm not claiming clarity or wisdom. Just ramblings and I'd love to hear your...
I Spoke Too Soon

Praising God: A Way Of Being
Roberta C. Bondi wrote in her book A Place to Pray, "Praising God isn't something we do, an activity we engage in among other activities. It is a fundamental way of being toward God..."Among many things, that is what I've been growing deeper in during this 8 week...
Pain and Joy? Incongruent!
Rachel checked in by a blog comment to inquire as to why I haven't been posting. Well, I sure wish I could say it's because I just returned from a cruise but it's actually because of pain. I hurt my sciatica about 6 weeks ago and I have been in a lot of pain and it's...
Editorial or Report?
My house was a disaster after Darcy left on Sunday with 2-year-old Raphael. I much prefer paying attention to that little guy than cleaning up after us. Doing dishes so we have silverware for eating is the only necessary thing. And playing Scrabble with Darcy while...
