From Kathy
“But for you who fear my name, the sun of righteousness shall rise with healing in its wings. You shall go out leaping like calves from the stall.” Malachi 4:2
Malachi 4:2 describes the joy of seeing God’s work in our lives, whether by trusting Him more, exhibiting more of the fruit of the Spirit, or sharing God’s good news more freely. We all can be set free from wrong reactions to romp in joyful freedom like calves set free from the stall.
For that to happen we must recognize when we are returning to spiritual cisterns of lies and wrong beliefs. Jeremiah 2:13 tells us,
“For My people have committed two evils: They have forsaken Me, The fountain of living waters, To hew for themselves cisterns, Broken cisterns That can hold no water.”
My passion is to share with others through my books and speaking how to be empowered to turn from the broken cisterns of lies and wrong beliefs.
Heart transformation from the inside out is possible.
Thank you for visiting my website and blog. I hope it will create greater thirst for God’s refreshing and soul-hydrating flowing spring within you.

Make Me Willing to be Made Willing
As I've interacted with people over the years when they are struggling with obedience, I've frequently encouraged them to pray, "Lord, make me willing to be made willing..." with however many "willing to be made willing" 's as it takes! I know I've had to pray that...
How Long is Too Long?
Larry and I recently talked with a woman who is unhappy that the first year of her marriage has been so hard. When we indicated that things can take a long time to get better, she said, "But it's been a year!"I couldn't decide whether I wanted to be shocked or laugh...
The Missing Scalloped Potatoes
I sat in my hairdresser's chair on Thursday and suddenly started laughing. I told her, “I just realized that I forgot to make the scalloped potatoes for Easter dinner last Sunday.” Oh, my, when am I going to learn to make a list of all I plan to serve? Fortunately, I...
Knowing God’s Heart
I spoke in Ohio this past weekend and stayed with my friend, Liz Rao, who is Women's Ministry Director at that church. She was a nurse when she met her husband, a heart surgeon, so she knew what she was getting into. But she has always been so positive about the many...
