From Kathy
“But for you who fear my name, the sun of righteousness shall rise with healing in its wings. You shall go out leaping like calves from the stall.” Malachi 4:2
Malachi 4:2 describes the joy of seeing God’s work in our lives, whether by trusting Him more, exhibiting more of the fruit of the Spirit, or sharing God’s good news more freely. We all can be set free from wrong reactions to romp in joyful freedom like calves set free from the stall.
For that to happen we must recognize when we are returning to spiritual cisterns of lies and wrong beliefs. Jeremiah 2:13 tells us,
“For My people have committed two evils: They have forsaken Me, The fountain of living waters, To hew for themselves cisterns, Broken cisterns That can hold no water.”
My passion is to share with others through my books and speaking how to be empowered to turn from the broken cisterns of lies and wrong beliefs.
Heart transformation from the inside out is possible.
Thank you for visiting my website and blog. I hope it will create greater thirst for God’s refreshing and soul-hydrating flowing spring within you.

There’s a Reason You Do What You Do
There's a reason you do what you do. Let me tell you a story. I had signed up to take refreshments to our adult Sunday school class. The sign up sheet for that month had been passed the previous month and I'd signed up knowing I would be out of town the week...
I Don’t Want to Write This But…
I don’t want to write this but I think God wants me to because He’s been bugging me and He keeps bringing it to mind. I don’t want to write about what I wanted when Larry and I were dating. It's embarrassing. It was an evening when Larry and I were watching...
13 Questions to Evaluate Spiritual Health

Caring for Someone With Dementia?
Several years ago, my husband, Larry, and I cared for his mother, Audrey, who had Lewy-Body Dementia. It was a rough road. In the beginning, she could still live in her own place with meals delivered to her. But then she became more confused and had...
My Worry Would Have Prevented Me Seeing the Rainbow
I headed out on my jog, eyeing the storm clouds that threatened rain above me. Oh, I so want to run, and I can’t run tomorrow. I’ve got to do it right now even if it rains. But by the time I’d run a mile, the drops started and got bigger and bigger. Oh! I’m so...
